Student Survey
The student survey is designed to collect information about student involvement with campus sustainability efforts at colleges across the United States and Canada. Only one response should be submitted for each student organization.
Survey Instructions
One Student Survey for the College Sustainability Report Card 2011 is to be completed on behalf of each group at your school that promotes campus sustainability. All members within a group are encouraged to contribute to the survey. Each unique username and password accesses the corresponding survey for that particular student group.
If you feel that a new survey needs to be created to represent a group on campus, email info@endowmentinstitute.org. The survey addresses student involvement in groups, campaigns, and initiatives at your school for the 2009-2010 academic school year.
Each survey has a main contact person designated (usually the president or chair of the group). However, the survey should represent input, directly or indirectly, from the entire group. Many groups find it helpful to devote part or all of a meeting to a survey submission; the survey serves as a useful way to look back upon a year’s activities and gauge their success, as well as the possibilities for future action.
Our new web-based surveys can be saved while in progress. Responses to the same survey can be offered by all those given the username and password. For graduating seniors, make sure that--if you are delegating the survey submission to an incoming officer--he or she is knowledgeable about the group's activities during the 2009-2010 academic year. Please also contribute your perspecitive to the survey.
A copy of the survey in PDF may be downloaded for review but all submissions should be completed through this wbesite.
The survey is now closed. For assistance, please email info@endowmentinstitute.org.
