Campus Survey
The campus survey is designed to collect information about a broad range of sustainability efforts in campus operations at colleges and universities across the United States and Canada. The response to the campus survey provides information related to the Administration, Climate Change & Energy, Food & Recycling, Green Building, Student Involvement, and Transportation categories of the College Sustainability Report Card.
Survey Instructions
One campus survey for the College Sustainability Report Card 2011 is to be completed for each college/university. The original recipient of the campus survey at each school received a unique username and password to access the survey for his/her particular school.
Our new web-based surveys can be saved while in progress. To save, scroll to the bottom of the survey window and click "save and continue." Once you have saved your progress, you may close your browser and return to the survey at any time. Respondents may return to their survey responses and make edits, even once the survey is complete.
Responses to the same survey can be offered by all those given the username and password. We have designated a main contact person for each survey, however, the contact person may share the username and password with other members of the campus community who need to fill out particular questions on the survey.
Please allow plenty of time to complete the survey. It may be useful to review the data needed by viewing the survey in PDF form.

All final submissions should be completed through this website. Due to publication deadlines, we would appreciate receiving completed surveys no later than July 21, 2010.
