Please describe: Environmental Advocate (My position)- Acts as a liaison among all environmental groups on campus (over 17 active environmental groups on campus), report to executive of student government on campus environmental policy issues, negotiate/work with administrators on environmental policy on campus

Number of active members: 70 participants who have a bike on loan, 100s of students use our free maintenance workshop

SUSTAINABILITY IN STUDENT GOVERNMENT
3) Does your student government include a specific position or committee dedicated to campus sustainability issues?

[X  ]  Yes. Please describe: Our Associated Students of the University of Oregon have an Environmental Advocate who chairs the Student Sustainability Fund - allocating money to sustainable initiatives - and also chairs the Environmental Issues Committee.  The main event the Environmental Advocate organizes is Earth Day.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
4) Please describe any additional campus sustainability activities or projects that you or your group has initiated at your school:  
  The Sustainability Coalition was started in Fall 2007, with representatives from all of the sustainability-minded groups on campus, as a way to have dialogue and collaborate on events/campaigns.
