Key issues addressed and programs implemented since August 2008: Litter as well as sustainable plants in an urban environment
Progress made on each issue/program since August 2008: Money secured through American Eagle Foundation Grant to plant green lot with sustainable plants in our local neighborhood. Students were educated on sustainable plants, cleaned up the lot, worked with the city resources to clear and level the lot, and in April, the lot was planted.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
4) Please describe any additional campus sustainability activities or projects that you or your group has initiated at your school: We sponsor the annual Earth Day Fair, monthly clean ups in our neighborhood, a Green Week in the fall that features an educational opportunity such as a speaker as well as educational efforts on campus on how to decrease your carbon footprint on an urban college campus.
5) Please list and briefly describe any other student-run organizations related to campus sustainability at your school, and provide URLs if available (e.g., student groups; student government committees; student-run food co-ops, gardens/farms, bike co-ops) and provide contact information of the student leaders, if possible: Net Impact, an organization for graduate students in the MBA for sustainability program as well as the Center for Environmental Research and Education.
