Sustainable Endowments Institute

The GreenReportCard.org website and the College Sustainability Report Card are both initiatives of the Sustainable Endowments Institute. The Institute is a nonprofit organization engaged in research and education to advance sustainability in campus operations and endowment practices.

Founded in 2005, the Institute is a special project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.

The work of the Institute is guided by a diverse and knowledgeable 9-member board of advisors with expertise in many aspects of higher education, sustainability, governance, and endowment policy.
